10月5日，山东鲁能正式宣布，由于身体原因，队长李晓鹏将不再担任主教练。他被任命为鲁能俱乐部副总经理兼技术总监。郝伟成为新任总教练。

　　Li Xiaopeng has been the head coach of Shandong Luneng since the end of 2017. He has led the team to the third place in the Chinese Super League and the second place in the FA Cup. He himself has also won the honor of the best coach in the Chinese Super League. In the first stage of the 2020 Chinese Super League that just ended, Li Xiaopeng led Shandong Luneng to third in Group A and broke into the championship group.
